Now I just learned that my job is completely changing their inventory structure to keep all kits and parts offsite in warehouses.

I’ll have to load a box truck full of leather kits and we won’t be allowed to keep anything on the shelf for more than a week. I can’t see how that could possibly go sideways. Fuck that noise.

I want a motorcycle. I’m a big, hairy, tattooed guy but Harley isn’t my style. I like the cruiser look but the V-twin thing just isn’t me. I need something a little more unique.

Maybe:

Triumph Bonneville America - Think my wife and I could ride two-up?

Good looks, not stupidly loud, and different enough to stand out.

What say ye, oppo?

This won’t happen for at least a year, but you know... Maybe before the “nice bike,” I’ll get an old cheap SJM to learn.

if I wanted a triumph cruiser, skip the the twin. go big. rocket 3. YYEAAAAA

but yes, learn on something smaller first for a year...then a bike or two in between. 2300cc of british triple aint nothing to sneeze at.

I want to find the engine from one and turbo it then put in something else. or keep it in the cruiser frame and fuck with busa guys.

I can’t tell if I like the Corbin more or less than that OEM seat.

I mean, I appreciate what they tried to do, but I’m not so sure I like it any better.

Yeah the two-up seat on the drifter is strange due to the rear swingarm design. The solo seat works better.
